Conditions of participation in the XXII International Agro-Industrial Exhibition

AGRO-2010.

Exhibition period: June, 15^th -19^th, 2010

Venue: National complex “Expocenter of Ukraine”

Organizer: Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine

General Manager: Corporation “Ukragroprombirzha”

Registration fee – 250 Euro

Price includes: company information layout in the official catalogue of the exhibition, organization expenses, badges, invitations, security at non-working hours, cleaning of the territory.

Outdoor exhibition area – 80 Euro per sq. m.

Price includes: assignment of the territory at the outdoor exhibition area. Additionally, according to Form 2, one may order: electricity supply 220/380V,water source and drainage, furniture, tents, booths, building of standard and exclusive stands.

Unequipped exhibition area – 150 Euro per sq. m.

Price includes: assignment of unequipped area in the exhibition pavilion for installation the stand from own constructions or by means of other stand-building company. In the latter instance, please, pay attention, that it’s necessary for the stand-building company to obtain accreditation at the master developer of the exhibition “Expodruk”.

Equipped exhibition area – 175 Euro per sq. m.

Price includes: assignment of the standard booth in the exhibition pavilion, made of modular construction, office furniture, carpet, light, electricity supply, company name on the frieze. Standard set of the stand depends on the size of the ordered area. This list and the prices on the additional exhibition equipment are in the Form 2.1.

Extra charges is on the stands with the advanced observability is 20 %

Distance participation – 155 Euro.

The participant can layout the company information in the official catalogue of the exhibition. For additional pay the participant can layout the advertising insert of the company in the catalogue of the exhibition.

Terms of payment:

100% payment is carried out within 5 bank days after receiving of the Invoice. Otherwise the Contract-Application is rescinded. The payment is fulfilled in Euro. In the case of written refusal of the Participant to take part in the Exhibition of services, the Organizer has the title to detain 50% of the total amount of the Contract, if the refusal is made less than 20 days before the exhibition; and 100% if the refusal is made later.

At entrance of technical vehicle at the territory of the exhibition in the period of installation works (June, 10-14), the participant must have the copy of the Application contract and the document that proves the payment for the participation in the exhibition.

During the working days of the exhibition, the permits are ordered in Form 2.4.
